Deep Relaxation
With deep relaxation, we free ourselves from physical blocks and all the negative emotions that take control over us and our body, preventing us from being truly present.
In addition, this practice is excellent preparation for meditation as it allows us to close dispersions, regenerate and direct our energy!
The Meditation of Presence®
The Meditation of Presence® is an ancient practice whose primary objective is to learn to contain the present moment, what is commonly known as the “here and now”.
Learning to accept every external stimulus that reaches us without judgement requires a lot of practice, perseverance, commitment, and willpower developed through meditation.

When you learn to be silent, you learn to choose to be reached by everything. So how does intuition reach you? It is a truth that you perceive without logical reasoning.
Thanks to silence and true listening, we perceive more and more things. Expanding this silence allows us to develop the abilities of our senses, to notice more easily the nuances around us.
